New Street Fighter IV in Famitsu
Looking for some new updates on the brand new installment of the venerable Street Fighter franchise? Well look no further because I have the link to Famitsu. Because they have the updates. Not me. I just provide the links. Kind of like a middle man if you will. That doesn’t mean I’m not important right? Right? Anywho, the Famitsu site is here and yes, I know it is in Japanese and that most of us will not understand it. But we are just looking at the pictures right? Unless you have a Japanese speaking friend or know Japanese yourself, it would seem that we have to wait till the information hits our shores. Till then, enjoy!
By the way, I did pick Ken as the image to grab your attention because, well, he’s the best. Ken for life!
HOORAY! THE WRITER’S STRIKE IS OVER!
In what is the most exciting news I have to report today, it appears as thought the Writer’s Strike is now officially over! Finally! Now we can get back to enjoying some quality TV! Like Heroes! Like Scrubs! I’m so happy I could jump on top of a tall building and express my inner feelings through the majesty of song! Well, maybe not that excited, but pretty close. This is all according to Disney’s Michael Eisner, who has assured the media that this strike is indeed officially over and that the writers are coming back to work. Man, this went long far longer than it should have. We missed out on a lot of good TV during their absence so they better step it up and churn out several seasons of award winning material.
Chaos Theory Trailer
Ryan Reynolds is easily one of my favorite actors. I just love his brand of comedy and his movie selection is (usually) good. So without further ado, I present to you his new movie trailer. He plays a guy who has such an orderly life that when it gets interrupted by a ferry and a baby and…well I guess you should just see the trailer. Its actually simpler that way. On a side note, Sarah Chalke is looking really good here. Maybe because I’m a huge fan of Scrubs or maybe because I’m a fan of beautiful women. Either way, she’s looking good.
Phoenix back yet again?
Now, I do know that this is just a teaser image and nothing Marvel has said indicates that this is indeed the rebirth of Phoenix (yet again) but I have my hopes. Jean Grey/Phoenix was easily my favorite character in the Marvel Universe (next to Nightcrawler, ya?) and seeing her back in the Marvel comic mix would be heavenly for me. More than likely however is that this is just the cover for X-Men: Legacy #211 since David Finch is doing the cover art for #207-211. Still, one can hope that she will come back.
